My Education

I am an Alumni at the University Of Warwick, United Kingdom. I completed my MSc IT for Manufacturing at WMG, University Of Warwick in the year 2003. Prior to that, I had done my Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Madras, Chennai, India, in the year 1994 and my Masters in International Management from Pondicherry University, India in the year 1996.

My Story Since Warwick

After nearly 25 years of working in diverse roles across multiple corporations, I transitioned in 2016 to the intersection of University-Industry collaboration. At RMIT University Business School in Melbourne, Australia, I took on roles as a part-time teacher, research scholar, and PhD candidate. As a permanent resident of Australia, my research explored the 'Future of Work,' with a focus on Collective Intelligence and human interaction within workplace groups.

However, owing to my mother's ill health and condition, I returned to my hometown, Chennai, India, where my journey began. Born, raised, and partly educated here, I now embark on a new chapter.

30 Years of Evolution

At 51 years of age, I reflect on a career spanning three decades, filled with risks, challenges, and growth. I’ve held diverse roles, including Founder of a start-up, Global Programme Manager, IT Consultant, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and more. My work has spanned Human Resources, Enterprise Systems, and ERP, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally.

I owe immense respect and admiration to my past colleagues, seniors, managers, and friends who have supported me through this journey. Their guidance and encouragement have been instrumental in shaping my career and life.

My New Initiative – I Hug Trees

I am currently working on my new project, "I Hug Trees." This initiative focuses on expanding tree cover, restoring biodiversity, and addressing climate change. We’re also launching innovative products under the "I Hug Trees" brand, using AI to create visuals that convey powerful ideas and insights.
